LARGE PARTY POLICIES

• We offer an array of packages that were thoughtfully designed to offer you and your guests a unique experience that we hope you’ll enjoy. Please note that we are happy to work with you on customizing your event so feel to reach out to events@kachkpdx.com with any questions.

• While there is no fee to rent the spaces, we do have a food and beverage minimum that ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on the day of the week, how long you wanted to rent the space and the location.

• Room rentals are available 7 days per week at Kachka and are available Thursday-Monday at Kachka Fabrika.

• Menu prices are not inclusive of beverages or service fee.

• All parties will have a 23% service fee added to their check in lieu of tipping. Please visit our Wage Equity page to learn more here.

• We require a non-refundable booking fee of 5% of the minimum and a 10% deposit at time of booking. We ask for 72 hours notice for any cancellation. In the event that you need to cancel with less than 72 hours, we will retain the deposit.

• Party size can be changed up to 3 days in advance of the reservation. Menu selection requires 10 days notice.

• We allow up to 2 bottles of outside wines (750ml) to be brought in, or 1 magnum. They are subject to a $20 per bottle corkage fee.

• You are welcome to bring outside desserts to your reservation: however, they are subject to a $3 per person cake cutting fee. All outside desserts must be prepared in a commercial kitchen.

• We offer private dining options for LUNCH as well, with a minimum of $750. For smaller groups please inquire about a pre-set menu for counter service with no minimums.

BUYOUTS

• Full and partial buyouts are available at all locations.

• Restaurant buyouts can be booked over 60 days in advance, but must have at least 30 days notice.
